Principles & Values
Application process
Step 1: Review of your application
Our team carefully reviews every application. We look at your experience, skills, and how those align with our mission and our current business needs. We do not rely on AI tools to scan resumes.
Step 2: First call
A quick, 15 minute phone call with one of our team members to discuss your experience, motivations, and career goals. You will also have a chance to ask your questions about working at Wolk.
Step 3: Technical interview
In the technical interview you will be asked to prepare a case from your previous experience that you are proud of and in which you solved a complex challenge. This case will be discussed with the co-founders.
Step 4: Last round interview
In the last round conversations you will have the chance to meet the rest of the team, get a real sense of our day-today work and ask your final questions.
Step 5: Offer
If it's a great match on both sides, we'll make you an offer.
