We're also building Databaas, our own sovereign data platform that runs on any Kubernetes cluster, enabling users to build data pipelines and explore their data lakehouse. Think of it as the infrastructure backbone for everything we do, and we need someone to help us take it to the next level as a SaaS offering.

Role Overview: What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our clients and our own products
• Shape the platform architecture behind Databaas, our sovereign data platform, and help bring it to market as a SaaS product
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (we like terraform / OpenTofu) to keep environments reproducible and scalable
• Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters across diverse environments, from European cloud providers (OVH, Scaleway) to customer-managed clusters
• Collaborate with our data & AI engineers to make sure they have solid, reliable infrastructure to build on
• Occasionally work directly with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and translate them into solutions
• Be a key player in our growing, impact-driven organization

This role may be for you if:

• You're passionate about using technology for positive change
• You have 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure role
• You're comfortable with containers and orchestration. Kubernetes and Docker are your bread and butter
• You have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and/or ArgoCD
• You know your way around Infrastructure as Code (OpenTofu, Terraform, or similar)
• You're cloud-agnostic at heart, comfortable working across different cloud providers, including European ones like OVH and Scaleway
• You enjoy automating things that shouldn't be manual
• You are proactive and not afraid to make decisions by yourself
• You are a good communicator and fluent in English

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Building or operating SaaS platforms
• Networking, security, and observability in cloud-native environments
• Open-source tooling and communities
• Data infrastructure (data pipelines, lakehouses)
