What you will do

As a Medior React Developer at Wolk, you'll be the architect of exceptional user experiences:

  • Build beautiful web applications that solve real societal problems

  • Create intuitive user interfaces that make complex solutions accessible to everyone

  • Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to bring visions to life

  • Build and maintain scalable architectures using modern frameworks for the web

  • Help clients understand how great UX/UI can help their business

  • Be a key player in our growing, impact-driven organization

What we are looking for

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in React and TypeScript

  • Proficiency in Next.js or Remix (or other modern web framework like Nuxt.js, SvelteKit or Astro)

  • Knowledge of modern CSS techniques and component-based architectures

  • Full stack capabilities including API integration and basic backend understanding

  • Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows

Bonus skills:

  • Strong affinity for design and UX/UI principles with an eye for detail, typography, and user experience

  • Proficiency in Figma and ability to translate designs into high-quality code

  • Experience collaborating with designers and working from design systems

  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

  • Passion for creating delightful, intuitive user experiences

  • Basic understanding of AI/ML integrations

  • Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

Experience & Mindset:

  • At least 3 years of experience building modern web applications

  • Passionate about using technology for positive change and sustainable innovation

  • Proactive problem-solver comfortable making independent decisions about technical implementation

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English

  • Eager to learn and stay current with frontend development trends and best practices
